hi - i notice that some homes don't list the last selling price. how do they do that ?

Last selling price is NOT included in the various listing venues. Sales records are maintained by the county, title companies and the Multiple Listing Service but not immediately accessible to the public. The particular property referenced is NOT for sale. The Zestimate is Zillows calculated estimate of value.
