home buying

i noticed that a property i am interested in recently (a day or two after it was listed on the market) jumped by $200,000 in its Zestimate. This make me seriously question the validity of your estimates and wonder how much influence real estate agents have on your figures? Can you please respond?

You should not count on any listed price as it remains an asking price. You should have a competent and trust agent verify what the 'market price' is.

asherah. as a rule of thumb, you should talk to a licensed appraiser if you are looking for true value.
