I just put on a new 40 yr roof, 30 R insulation, sun tunnel in dining room, venting throughout house and garage, and new gutters, and an electric attic fan, to cool the attic at a cost of 15,683.00.  Why haven't my zillow estimates gone up at all?  I posted the new information yesterday.  Please advise.  Thank you!!

Zillow updates their data 3-4 times a week.
I'm curious; you are describing a nuber of maintenance items that would not result in a dollar for dollar impact on value. 
Did you use the default menu for improvements or simply add a lump sum of dollars to the value?

My understanding is that Zillow is using the average sales data for your area to determine value based on size, bathrooms, basement, and not on things systems of the house.  Improvements such as roof, furnace, water heater are considered maintenance items that are necessary for the home to be functioning as a home.  They don't generally increase the value of the home when replaced.  They are an essential.  Things that are wants do.  Things like new granite countertops or 2 bathrooms, etc.  The general day to day maintenance items and systems of a home, such as a roof, are expected to be in good working condition on any home for it to serve as such.
