should u always get home inspection?  even if the property is bank owned? and the bank supplied one?  with no further repairs?

Protect your investment, don't take someone else's word. Get someone with no connection to the house. Get a Home Inspection

Personally, I would pay the money, even if it's been done. It may provide you the opportunity to find something you'd like to have fixed before moving in, or deciding to buy. It may also provide you the opportunity to back out if things are in such bad shape you don't think you can afford to fix them.

It will be interesting to see what others have to say.
