It is a great house in a great neighborhood, no catch. The home is a loft-style home meaning it only has one bedroom but it takes up most of the second story(524 sq ft on the main and 524 sq feet upstairs) and the lot size is on the small side at .03 of an acre. It is remodeled and close to everything. I just received the tax records (I am also the owner) and the house was just valued at 250K and tax values are typically lower than market value. Whomever buys this home is getting a steal of a deal!

I checked the RMLS and this home has expired as of 10/02/2007. I think a Real Estate agent is the owner that home. Call 503 282 4000 a remax office and ask for Jennifer
