I updated the improvements of my home last year. I added a significant addition, a pool and ladscaping at a cost of about $160,000. The estimated value that you list does not represent the true value of my home. It is now for sale and potential buyers look at your site for values. As a result they don't want to consider my asking price because it is more than your assessed value. I know that I can see the zestimate in more detail but others can't. When you look up the location it gives the new improvements but the value of prior to the improvements. How can I get your estimate to be more accurate (approx. $100,000 more)
