My address is listed correctly on the NW side of town. The issue is about 4 smaller houses from the SW side are showing up on the street behind me. I have reported them twice, and nothing has been done. I tried calling Zillow customer service, and you can not even leave a voice mail for them. I also discovered they have F rating by the BBB.org.

It is other peoples homes. I went in and reported the problem.
The address is correct, but it is a newer neighborhood. It is some funky glitch. We get packages delivered from time to time. We have had enough packages delivered, we have the persons phone number. Now we just call and tell them we have another package for them. The last package that was attempted to be delivered while at home, was flowers for mothers day.
Thank you for the help.

Once you've claimed your home, it may be possible to remap it. Look under "edit" on the property details page for remapping tools.
But, if it is other people's homes, you can click on the home details page under "edit" there is a "report problem" choice. Then let Zillow know that the houses have blown over to the wrong side of town.
