buyers go to all of them. what are you really trying to get at? investment opportunities? flipping? "nice areas"? "younger areas"? its a vague question. asking it 3 times, 3 different ways won't really help.

you can use citydata.com and crimereports.com to narrow down some zips.

zillow isn't really the best place to get this kind of info anyway, imo.
