Zestimate is just a starting point to know the home's estimated market value. Since we don't check the properties personally, some factors (special/unique features, materials used, views etc.) that might affect the property's value is not included in the Zestimate. You might want to update yout home facts but just a heads up, we can;t guarantee the direction of the change, if it will increase or decrease or if it will change at all. If it will, you would need to wait for 8 weeks or so for the Zestimate to be updated.
