If you want to know what your LOCAL real estate rental market is doing contact a rental company or look at their website to see what they are 'asking' for rentals or craigs list. Zillow is a zestimate of rental prices. You can also go on their rental site and see what current rentals are in your area. You are an agent, go on the MLS...
