The question:  How long after the appraisal is completed will we go to
closing?

Answer: Assuming you brought in all the documentation necessary for
any loan application you have applied for, and all inspections
have been conducted and settled with the seller, conceivably,
the purchase transaction could be finalized within 3-5 business
days.

Unknown, it's unknown. That is a question only your lender can answer since no one knows who they are and how big their pipeline is, along with several other factors. What does your loan officer say?
