Monique when contacting soemone you can setup a new email account from gmail or other free sources specifically for your sale and then close that account after you sell, you could contact them by phone or you could use a listing agent who does that for you. A good listing agent will more than pay for their services with obtaining the best sales price in tehe quickest amount of time possible. They will prequailfy buyers for you and make sure only quailified buyers are coming through your house. Good luck with your sale
