Call a local agent and inform them of all updates you have done, and they should be able to do a free CMA and inform you of what your home is worth! Good luck!

You will have to sell it to know for sure. In the meantime you could ask a couple Realtors to give you their educated guesses. There are several online estimating tools that can give you less educated guesses.

Ask your Realtor to come visit your home and show him your lot, improvements etc. Ask the Realtor for a comparbable market analysis of your home. Most will provide this to you for free.

Zillow pricing is a good start, but if you need a value for estate tax purposes, divorce, or other legal reasons, you should get an appraisal. If you are planning on selling, your real estate agent can give you a price recommendation based on comparable market sales.
