how can I enable "historic district" overlays on Zillow maps or an overlay for funded renewal distri

you can't do that on zillow.
but the city of OKC website has a lot of info.  there is map on the city of OKC site, and a guide with a lot of details.

when you get to that page look on the left side of the screen for other links.
the map link is there. Plus so much more.
there isn't ONE map for all districts, there is one for each.  So it depends on if you want Crown Heights, Paseo or Heritage Hills etc.  click on that one.
