Foreclosures are an even better deal now than when this question was first asked in December of 2008.

Foreclosure homes are a great buy right now.  I closed on quite a lot of them last year working in a strictly REO office.

The easiest way to find foreclosure homes is to line yourself up with an agent that has closed foreclosure transactions before.  S/he can get you set up on searches that will alert you when a new bank owned home comes on the market in Issaquah.

Most of these bank owned homes will need some type of work done to them as well.  Best to start thinking about contractors and possibly rehab loans as well if you have not had this discussion yet with your agent/lender.

My company, [edited by Zillow moderator to remove hotlink] based in Redmond WA only works with buyers and investors looking to purchase foreclosures and other distressed properties.

We specialize in purchases at the foreclosure auction, short sales, and REO/Bank Owned properties.  We give our clients exclusive access to our web based foreclosure tracking software which tracks and updates all the properties in foreclosure in King, Sno, Pierce and Kitsap Counties.  We also hold weekly investor meetings to go over and discuss the properties going to auction each Friday.

I invite you to attend one of our weekly workshops on how to buy or invest in foreclosures.  We have them every Tuesday evening at our Redmond office at 5:30 P.M.
