My company, Real Estate Investment Firm, based in Redmond WA only works with buyers and investors looking to purchase foreclosures and other distressed properties.

We specialize in purchases at the foreclosure auction, short sales, and REO/Bank Owned properties. We give our clients exclusive access to our web based foreclosure tracking software which tracks and updates all the properties in foreclosure in King, Sno, Pierce and Kitsap Counties. We also hold weekly investor meetings to go over and discuss the properties going to auction each Friday.

I invite you to attend one of our weekly workshops on how to buy or invest in foreclosures. We have them every Tuesday evening at our Redmond office at 5:30 P.M. To attend one of our workshops register here.
