If you do go the CMA route, be very careful with agent CMA's, too many of them will generate a number that they think you want to hear in an attempt to buy your business. There is also a lesser problem with market bias with agents that are trying to be honest. Use the tools available to validate the agents CMA's through out the lowest and highest and ask lots of questions of the rest to determine which one is accurate.

Your really should not base pricing on a Zestimate...you should have a professional Realtor CMA done to determine price.

You can get a Zesitmate if Zillow has one. Just go here enter the address in the Find Homes box and hit the blue GO button. If Zillow has one for the house, a map will come up for the area. Click on the address box to get to the home page. There is more information about Zestimates here.

Zestimates are terrible. They are usually way off. If you want an accurate idea of what your property is worth, have an agent draw you up a CMA. (comparative market analysis) This way you will know what the true value is of your property.
