I would recommend contacting a local Realtor.  You can find a quality one on Zillow by reading their client's reviews of them or if this is not satisfactory enough, I can refer one to you to do a CMA - comparative market analysis.

The best way, as Amanda suggests, is to have a Realtor do what's called a CMA (competitive market analysis) on your property--comparing it to other recently-sold properties in your area. That doesn't cost anything and should be quite accurate.

You can also pay an appraiser to do an appraisal. That will also be quite accurate. However, it'll probably cost $300-$400.

Or, of course, you can use Zillow and come up with a ballpark figure.

Realtors are always ready to provide a free market analysis on properties, just contact a local realtor and ask.  You could also pay to have an appraisal done, but you'll be out several hundred dollars.
