Public records shows $1,000,000, hence you have to change it THERE, not Zillow. ...see below...

Contact a title company or your escrow company at the time to correct it...Refer to them the above refereneced DOC numbers...It will show on all online resources - not only Zillow - until you change it. Zillow does not accept 'clsoing' statements, only public records.
