If you type in the address in the search box, and select it on the search results - you should be able to see a box to the right with couple Premier Agents specializing in that specific area (that's if you don't already have an agent). They will also be able to pull up the MLS listing and see if the house is an REO, or standard sale, or other. Good Luck! Mya
