Per the FTC.mars rulling  attorneys can not hire and use out side companies to do their loan modification work.   Many of them have been shut down.

Welcome to Zillow. Zillow's model is to use the forums for information, driving hits and supporting advertising. Given that, advertising websites in the forums is frowned upon (notice that your website link has been deleted).

I realize that many pros believe they are "sharing information", but Zillow categorizes it as "self promotional" (and therefore not allowed) if you put in contact information, links to your websites, or the post is essentially an ad for your business.

If you really want to advertise the services, I'm sure the ad folks at Zillow would be happy to talk to you. Alternatively, you could post the "opportunity" in Pro-to-Pro, but without contact info. The way to finesse the spam rule is to direct folks to your profile if they are interested (though many already know that, and there is a certain air of desparation in "check my profile" posts).

As for "blogs", there really isn't an open capability for folks to blog on Zillow. Some confuse the forums (meant for questions and answers) as "blogs", but this is really not what the forums are meant for (and, treating as your personal opportunity to blog is a good way to run afoul of Zillow's Good Neighbor Policy).

Cheers, and good luck.
