I can set you up with auto updates by e-mail based on WNCMLS.  Typically we consider lots 0.1 to 3 acres with deed restrictions.  Acreage with a home would be 3.1 acres and up.  The good news is often there is little additional price for a few acres more.

As far as I know there is no way to sort homes by acreage on Zillow, but they do add new features all the time.
