how can Zillow offer zestimates w/o full, correct and current property informationMy Zestimate on 6240 Rattler Pass does not take into account the $150,000 in property improvements made over the past several years nor does it appear that the latest tax data is used in their valuation process, 2011 is the latest valuation shown and that was due to a protest in 2010 at the bottom of the market...2013 valuations are publically available.
