Hello Yoram,

If you would like to purchase a condo.  You will need a good real estate professional to assist you with your search, as well as, guide you through the process.  You should hire someone that you can work well with and who will take great care in your interests.

Advantages of Using a Realtor

First and foremost, your Realtor will be looking out for your best interest - You.  He/she can give you valuable insight into the market and provide access to a large number of available homes through the Multiple Listing Service. Working every day in the local housing market, your Realtor is an invaluable source of advice on pricing, features, and trends.

A good Realtor is experienced, with a strong knowledge of the local market and a willingness to put in the time required helping you find the right home. If a Realtor doesn't have the time, interest, or commitment to develop a thorough understanding of your needs, look for one who does.

A Good Realtor Does More Than Just Show Homes

A Realtor can put you in touch with lenders, home inspectors, contractors, and any other professionals you need to complete your purchase. Don't hesitate to ask for recommendations - chances are your Realtor knows qualified professionals in all of these areas.

I hope this helped.

Good Evening
The simple answer is no, not really.  I am not sure that there is any real estate site you can buy real estate from.  My suggestion would be to review the profiles of local experts on Zillow in the area you are lookng to buy a condo.  After reveiwing the profiles, choose a few of your top choices and call them and talk with them.  They will be able to find you exactly what you are looking for and educate you on the value of the units you are interested in!
Happy Condo hunting!

1.  Find an agent, as well as a mortgage rep to make sure you are qualified
2.  Visit the property in person!
3.  Become educated on what has sold in the area and other market conditions
4. Discuss the home  buying process  in your area - from start to finish -  with the agent
5. Discuss what a good strategy will be when making an offer
6. Decide what offer you are comfortable with
7. If all the above items fall into place...proceeed with an offer!

Good luck!

ps Josh - as an FYI - Zillow doesn't  allow contact information in our answers! Check the good neighbor policy on the lower right side of this page.

I suggest that you interview at lease two Realtors to act as your Buyer's Agent in purchasing a condo.  The Buyer's Agent represents your interests.  A Buyer's Agent is a free service for you, as the Seller pays the commission.  I know you like the condo advertised on Zillow, but you should look at several condos before you make a decision
