You should get pre-qualified for a mortgage loan first, because that will be one of the first things a real estate agent will want to know. If you have not been yet approved for a loan, contact me!

The best way is to go to Zillow and look for an agent that knows the area that you're interested in really well. You can ask some questions such as what areas have the best schools, and which areas seem to be holding their value. When you get answers to your questions you will know if that is an agent that you want to work with.

Probably the easiest way is to find a home you're interested in seeing here on Zillow and then contacting one of the buyer's agents to the right hand side. Look for ones with the best reviews from former clients. Otherwise a personal referral would be good!
