If you increase the square footage substantially, it is possible the Zestimate will increase. However, it doesn't happen instantly, but new data are brought into the system slowly so it may take several weeks to several months to see the full impact of editing home data.

I did edit the my house facts, but the information disappeared. (did not get saved.) will my house zillow price go up if and when i am successfuly edited the info? thank you

It looks as if you claimed your home and edited facts today. Did you get the square footage edited? If not, open the home details page, hover cursor over "edit" and click on "edit home facts"
