You can find a Zestimate for then as well as now by opening the property details page, scrolling down to the Zestimate graph. If you hover the cursor over the graph, you can Zestimates over the last five or 10 years.
Do you think it wasn't worth what you paid for it? Hopefully an appraiser was involved.

Contact your local Realtor. They have access to public information which will give you the information you seek in the least possible time.
Hope this helps.
Thanks

Contact a Realtor. You can look up the value history on zillow and similar websites but this won't be very accurate. If you contact a Realtor we're able to research date from 2008 and calculate price per sq ft and then figure out aa price range that your property would fall into.

Most likely you home was worth what you paid for it in 2008. Was it on the open market at the time? To establish today's market you can contact a local Realtor and they will have access to the information that will help you. I'd be happy to assist. You can contact me through me profile page.

Your best bet is to have a realtor search comparable homes that sold in 2008 and compare that with today's market. MLS has the data that goes back several years, so it will be a quick, easy search.

how can i find out how much my house was worth in 2008, when i bought it?
