Zillow will give you their take, by simply going to the "homes" tab and typing in your address in the space there. If your need is to just get an idea of the value that will be adequate. On the other hand, if you are considering selling, you need the input of local full time real estate professionals. Check the list of agents working in Soquel or Santa Cruz on Zillow, ask a friend you trust for a recommendation, and visit some open houses and talk to the agents there face to face. The 3rd option is the best way to get an idea if someone will do good work for you.
