I agree with Tom - while the listing agent can get you the information (or ask your agent, who will ask the listing agent), you should take it with a grain of salt. Especially with heat, people use widely varying standards.

Ask the listing agent for the condo to get you this information.
A reminder utility bills are "user specific." You can not know if this tenant kept the heat at 60 degrees or 75 degrees. I advise clients to focus more on how the property is insulated and/or what can you do to make the property more energy efficient?

how can i find the utility charges for this time last year for previous tenant?
