Agreed with Wetdawgs.  However, there's nothing like seeing a property in person when determining an accurate value.  Find a local Realtor who is accomplished and knowledgeable in appraisal adjustment values and who can visit the home and give you a complete opinion of value based on seeing the entire property and showing you the comparable sales data.

You may be able to get computer generated values for your home at Zillow (called Zestimate) or a number other sites for no charge.   In addition, most agents are willing to provide a CMA for no charge.  

To obtain a Zestimate, go to the home page and enter the address then click on the blue button.   Here's a link to "What is a Zestimate?"
