do yourself a favor, go see your local Realtor get the listing sheets of the solds that support your comparative analysis and submit with the necessary forms from the country the property is located in... you may end up needing to challenge the country as they will pull their own information...I do not advise using Zillow... use the information an Appraiser would use..

Go to www.zillow.com and enter your full address at the top and click "Go." Then click on "See home info" on the little pop up on the map, scroll down to "Charts&Data" and click on the graph adjust the time frame to 1YR if it's not there already. If you right click on the graph you can save, print or email.
You may discuss the value with the Assessor if you feel a change is in order and request a review of your current assessed value versus the current market value (based on comparable sales). This process is commonly referred to as a Proposition 8 review. For more information call (925) 313-7400
