Interview a local agent and find someone you feel comfortable with. Most agents all have the same access to the same information, so make sure you pick an agent you feel like you can really trust. Buying a home is the biggest investment most of us will ever make. You want the person who helps you to be there to answer and/all questions you have.
Best of luck on your home search!

Hi Kilziii,
It sounds like you are getting really close to making a purchase...Am I right? If so, I suggest you interview at least three Realtors that are active in the area you are interested in. You will know when you find an agent that knows the market, puts your needs infront of their own and fits your personality. When you find this agent, pull the trigger and start working with them. They will have the right tools to help you focus on that market specifically, including a search tool that can handle a 2 mile radius around your target area.
If you need help finding an agent, feel free to contact me. Although I don't work that market, I would be more than happy to make a couple of recommendations for you to interview. Ultimately you will know when you find the right one.
Happy house hunting!

Hello Kilziii, I can help you with your request. You may also like to see homes that just entered escrow or are in the pending status. Let me know if you're interested in having me set you up for these alerts. You will be notified via email once a home sells (closes escrow) or enters escrow (pending status).
I'm always happy to help.
All the best!

I agree with Vicki. Contact a local real estate agent and he or she will be able to set an email alert for you once a home sells in your area of interest.
This is through MLS.
