Oh ok, I did not know. This was my first time to respond to a post on Zillow. There is another site that is similar and they do allow it. My mistake

You were not rude Tiffany and I for one am glad you're contributing ..
I was merely intending to give a Heads-up on the Links/Phone # stuff
"advertising, or self-promotional content is not allowed in Zillow Advice. This includes, but is not limited to, any contact information such as phone numbers, email addresses, or website URLs"
Zillow does delete those things which often does not look good..
I'm sure it was unintended so......and apologies if I seemed rude
See ya around

I was not meaning anything rude by what I posted. I apologize if it came across that way.

Banks do have websites but they don't always have all the properties posted on the site. When a property is foreclosed it can take a while for it to show up on the market to be sold and usually the bank will tell you to contact a Realtor.
Realtors do have access to all the most accurate and up to-date information on property listing along with access to all the foreclosure properties available in your area. They can send you foreclosure's right when they hit the market. Just make sure you find a good Realtor. Just like in any profession there are good ones and bad ones.
Also, in some cases if you try to contact the listing agent who has a foreclosure property listed for sale, he/she will tell you to get a buyer's agent because they represent the seller and cannot legally represent the owner/seller of the property and you, the buyer.
Hope that is all helpful, if you have any questions feel free to call, text or email me.
