Find your house on ZIlow
Scroll Down under the picture where you will see the "More" tab
Roll your mouse over the "More" tab and you will se an option which reads "Claim this Home" Chick on it.
After claiming the property for yourself, you can now find a tab in the same area which reads "Post for sale/rent". This will allow you to edit your homes information, add photos, and a sales price.
