Hi Srezam-

You can sign up for a Home Report email from the details pages of your home. On the left hand side click "email alerts" and choose the Home Report.  Once a month you will get an email detailing the Zestimate for your home, the change, and surrounding area information including For Sale and Recently Sold in the area.
