Short answer:  You can't.

Long answer:  Your new house, if listed (because most new homes aren't listed), is public information, unless you are in a non-disclosure state.  If you can find your tax records on-line, or if I can find your tax info on-line then you are in a disclosure state and the information on your property is public record.  Zillow takes this information and throws in a blender, along with recent sales of houses from around you and makes a malted Zestimate.
