how can u compare homes sold and tell me that my home s worth less when the other property is old

I would not be too concerned by the estimate posted on here! A single family in Langhorne Manor just sold last month for $352,000, was a younger home under 10 years old a little bigger than yours. I would base your value on comparable closed sales.
