You are correct that this is wrong information.  This is an old listing and perhaps the agent was from out of our area?  We never tell a prospective buyer which schools the property is in, as boundaries change and schools become impacted.  In fact, we always have them call the school districts and give the address so they can determine if the school is the one they want.
