how come i cannot create my own estimate on zillow?

when i get to the home details page for my home i have nothing under tools that allows me to create my own estimate

Our record shows that we only have the tax assessor's value for your property. I do apologize but there is no "my estimator" tool for homes that don't have a Zestimate value.


Additionally, the only way to show your property value on the website is by setting a "make me move" price or posting your home for sale.
