You can update the public home facts (beds, baths, sq ft etc) if these are not correct (and you are the owner/landlord), and we will update the Rent Zestimate accordingly.

No, but you can note your rent - if you want - in your description when you CLAIM then EDIT YOUR DESCRIPTION for your home...
