I've used this but it does not edit the Zillow data, it only edits the text. So Zillow still uses the old neighborhood to calculate my home value. I would like to change *that* neighborhood listing - not just the one where it prints the neighborhood name on the webpage (but does nothing else for home value).

Once you claim your home on Zillow, you'll find the ability to change the neighborhood in the "edit home facts" section. This is what you'll see:
