Zillow does not have the actual rents from individual owners. I do not know exactly how it is calculated, but Zillow probably relies on rental trends, other things and then something like the Fair Market Rent set by HUD. You can find them here.
You can also use the Zestimate comment box to input your current rents. That might be one way to at least have them show up in your home page.
