As the owner, you can claim your house with the yellow "edit" pencil under the main house photo. Once you claim, you can also use that same "edit" link to correct your home facts like bed/bath. square footage, lot size etc.

The change to your facts is immediate, but if the updates affect your Zestimate that can take 6-8 weeks to be reflected in the larger numbers. Hope it helps.
