Not all homes on Zillow have enough information available to create a Zestimate. Zillow gets new information all the time and adds address as they collect enough information.
If your house does not have a Zestimate, there is no way to "create" one--only Zillow does that. There is an option for adding your house by adding it as a Make Me Move at a set value you choose with the home information listed. Then it will show up on the site. I do not know if that shortens the timetable to get your house added or not, but at least that way you can post the information if you want.
I will warn you that agents or interested people may contact you about buying your MMM house so if you do not want to be contacted, I would use a web based email address and only be available using Zillow's contact form. That way, you can put you house on the site if you want, but your personal information stays private.

These values are something that can't be done manually. If we have enough public data for a home, the more we are likely to produce a Zestimate.
