Most FSBO sellers are willing to work with real estate agents.  Buyer agents are generally paid by the seller, it is all negotiable.
My state is a dual agency state, but I make it my choice not to represent two sides of the same transaction.
I believe buyers need their own representation whether they are working with an agent represented seller or a for sale by owner.
Your agent will guide your through the process from helping you negotiate your contract to helping you with your options throughout the inspection process to getting the home to close.

I will suggest that since you asked for help in this basic info, you will benefit greatly of the expertize of a realtor.  Even with a FSBO the Local realtor will make things work out better  for both and will advise you of what you should do to ensure you take the necessary steps to protect yourself in this process.

Realtors are obligated to  revealed latent defect of a property and they can be hold liable in court and even loose thie commission but a private seller can pretend not to know and it will hard to prove otherwise.
There are many benefits on being represented even if the seller chooses non representation.

If you wish to contact a home seller directly related to a FSBO listed on Zillow, then open their home details page and scroll to the very bottom.  There you'll find the contact information for their home.

If you are working with an agent, you should have your agent make the contact.
I am not sure that you can get to the homeowner directly through Zillow.
If you do not wish to use the services of an agent, then Google the address,
it should be online somewhere.
Just remember, a Realtor will be working for your best interest in the sale.
It is best to have representation. The commission is usually paid by the seller, so you are represented and it cost you nothing.
