The owner of a house edited the facts about the house.  I would like to contact, by email, the person who claimed ownership.  How can I find out who that person is ?

Try your County Assessor's website or office.  I doubt you can get an e-mail address, but you will certainly get the mailing address if different from the 'site' address.  Good luck!
