Hi:

In order to create a zestimate, you will want claim your address within zillow.  Answer all the questions zillow asks you in regard to any updates etc...Zillow then creates a zestimate based on comps to your house.  It is helpful to, if you are looking to sell your house on your own to upload a few images.

what is a zestimate?  I used some lemon zest in my batter just yesterday.
 
Online home valuation sites are fun to play with but...they do not reveal current market values...There are many variables that go into evaluating a home's current market value today!
