how do I either delete my profile or update the profile that shows up when my name is googled?

A company that went out of business (with very bad BBB ratings) but is still on my Zillow profile and I want it off.  I tried to edit my profile yet that same mortgage company keeps showing up on my zillow profile when my name is googled.  How do I get it off???
