Hi shani27,

The market in Tuckahoe in both the Yonkers school district and the Tuckahoe school district is doing quite well.  Single family homes are selling and prices generally range from the mid $400,000s to about $600,000.

Contact a real estate agent,it will perform a  CMA  "comparative market analysis" for you.

Best way is to contact a local agent and ask them to do a CMA on your property. It will give you a good indication of your home's fair market value.

And when you do contact a REALTOR, try to have as many facts and figures about the property you are interested in getting a value on. The
more they know about the home and it's pros and cons, the more accurate your comps will be.

I hope that helps.

The best way is to call a local real estate agent. Ask your friends and family for someone they have used in the past. A local referral will be the best first move.

Hi shani27,

Do you have a specific address in mind?  A Realtor can perform a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) for you.  A CMA includes comparable properties that are active, on conditional contract, pending and sold (within the last 6 months).  A good CMA will pinpoint these comparables right down to the elementary school district where your property is located.

Contact a local realtor who specializes in the area. This professional will sort through recent sales and will factor in location, square footage, estate sale, short sale,  amenities etc.,to give you fair market value of the subject property.
