Welcome to Zillow Miekeba:

It appears you've found the tool on Advice to sort to find questions for your community.   One thing that helps one's professional image is to offer timely answers.   A trick to be able to do so is every post has a date at the bottom (in grey).   It is very rare that answering a post that is more than a few days old offers value, two years old is a bit of a waste of your time - and I'm sure that is precious.

Go to the tax assessment website for that state and do a name search.

That site only has full data for New York and Los Angeles. However, I can run a report from my MLS to pull this. If you would like, you can contact me and I can run that for you.

Sorry, for any delays. Just go to Propertyshark.com! Best of luck and you will love it! I guarentee it. The site itself has it's instructions. It also constantly updates the information for you. Enjoy!

A "name search" is what you ordinarily pay a title company to do.

Then again, if the properties have been placed in individual land trusts with unique names for each, you may never accomplish your goal (if they did it right).

Why do you need to know this information?  Are you intending to sue someone?  ;-)

I don't see where propertyshark or the Department of Finance for Baltimore has this info, Nancy. Can you give us specific instructions on how to do this? Thanks.

Go to propertyshark.com you should have no problem. It's quite simple however, another way would be to find a Department of Finance of some sort. NYS has a model system currently in place you can access it on line. No need to do the leg work.

Find your local tax assessors website by internet search. Then on their website if they have a search by name you're in luck. This is the only way I know how to do it besides going down to the courthouse records and searching on their database. Best of luck to you.
